We are closing up shop and hibernating from 18th December to 8th January. Last orders are 17th December. You can continue to shop til you drop here while we are gone, but no orders will be shipped between the 18th and the 8th.  We trust this will not inconvenience you too much and we thank you for allowing the Elves to get some much-needed down time.

We are aware of an issue with some customers who are using Internet Explorer to place orders.  When attempting to order a 3, 4 or 5 shirt bundle pack, an error message stating that one of the options is not available is preventing customers from completing their orders.  We apologise for this, we have reported it to our shop software developers and they are looking into it.

We can offer the following workarounds:

(1) Please use our contact form and email us with details of what you'd like to order, and your shipping address, and we'll enter the order for you and send you an invoice.

(2) Try a different browser - we have not been able to reproduce the error using Firefox, Chrome or Safari so we believe those browsers are working okay with our software.

Again, we're very sorry for any inconvenience!

We are now also working on alternatives to Royal Mail, especially for parcels heavier than 2 kgs (about 4 pounds on old scales!) outside of the UK.  We have some rates in place and will be adding more over the next few days.

If anything looks odd or there is a service missing, please do contact us directly and we'll be happy to assist!

We have noticed that a few of our shipping rates have been calculating too high and we believe this is all fixed now.  If you experience any problems or think the rates are too high, please contact us!  Remember though, that heavyweight vinyl in the deluxe sleeve weighs 500 grams and we need to package it well so that it arrives to you safely - the parcels can be heavier than you think!  We are happy to confirm costs and certainly want to correct any inaccuracies.

We have added some new courier options for shipping to some parts of Europe, and will be adding more in the coming weeks.  If you have any special requests, just let us know!

The keen-eyed and sharp-nosed among you may have noticed the lack of downloads for sale in the new shop.  Yes, it's true - but not for long.  We are working on something new for downloads which should be up and running by early April.  We'll keep you posted.  Meanwhile, most of our catalogue is available from iTunes or Boomkat.

If you are a returning customer (hello! we love you!) then we are asking you to please set up a new account here in the new shop.  Old logins/passwords won't work.

We truly apologise for any inconvenience, it just wasn't possible/wise for us to move all of the data securely over to the new shop software.  We hope that a few minutes setting up a new account isn't too much of an inconvenience.

We'll be extra to nice to you though to make up for it.  And we hope you like the new shop!

Just an update on the soft launch.  Things are going pretty smoothly so far, but we're still working out a few kinks.  

• There's a few items which are showing as sold out, but they are actually in stock - we're mopping all them up now.
• Postage to European addresses was calculating a bit weirdly, we think we've got that fixed now.  In the event that anyone is/was overcharged, rest assured we'll refund any difference! Anyone who was undercharged can keep the extra!
• Categories - a few things have not been put in the right category (books in vinyl and vinyl in posters etc) - again, we're mopping that up now.
